Agnipath Scheme
The Agnipath Scheme was started by the country’s Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Under this scheme, young people will be recruited into the army for 4 years. Through Agneepath Yojana, the youth can join the army, air force, or navy. Applications for this scheme will be made online. After completing the 4-year tenure, these recruits will be called Agniveers, and they will be provided with an amount of over 11 lakh by the government. Only youths aged 17.5 to 21 years are eligible for this scheme. After completing their tenure in the army, 25% of the recruits will be retained. Under the Agnipath Scheme, recruits will be provided with an annual package of 4.76 lakh in the first year, which will increase to 6.92 lakh in 4 years.
Atmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana
On November 12, 2020, the country’s Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman launched the Atmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana. This scheme was started to boost employment in India emerging from the COVID-19 period. Under this scheme, the government will provide subsidies to all establishments making new hires. The main objective of this scheme is to encourage new employment. Through the Atmanirbhar Bharat Rojgar Yojana, employment will increase in the country. Operation Green Scheme
The scope of the Operation Green Scheme has been expanded by the Government of India due to the Corona period. Under the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, the Ministry of Food Processing Industries is operating this scheme. Under this scheme, the government will provide fair prices for fruits and vegetables. The government has allocated a budget of 500 crore for this purpose. Now, under the Operation Green Scheme, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes, along with fruits and vegetables, are included. The objective of this scheme is to protect horticultural farmers from losses.
Matsya Sampada Yojana
As you all know, the government aims to double farmers’ income by 2022. Keeping this in mind, the government has started the Matsya Sampada Yojana. The objective of this scheme is to increase exports in the fishery sector. Through this scheme, efforts will be made to increase the income of farmers engaged in fishery and dairy. Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme
The Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme was started by the government to resolve various tax matters. Under this scheme, all appeals by the Income Tax Department and taxpayers will be withdrawn. This scheme is especially for those against whom the Income Tax Department has appealed to a higher forum. So far, 45,855 cases have been resolved through the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, and the government has collected 72,780 crore in tax revenue.
PM Vani Scheme
The PM Vani Scheme was launched by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 9, 2020. Under this scheme, free Wi-Fi facilities will be provided at all public places. This scheme will bring a Wi-Fi revolution in the country, boosting businesses and increasing employment opportunities. Public data centers will be opened across the country for the successful implementation of the PM Vani Scheme, providing Wi-Fi facilities to all citizens.
Production Linked Incentive Scheme
The Production Linked Incentive Scheme was launched on November 11, 2020. This scheme aims to promote domestic manufacturing. The scheme includes 10 key sectors, including pharmaceuticals, auto components, and automobiles. The scheme will increase manufacturing and reduce dependence on imports. Prime Minister Kusum Scheme
Through the Prime Minister Kusum Scheme, farmers will be provided with solar pumps for irrigation. The government has extended this scheme to 2022, aiming to achieve a capacity of 30.8 gigawatts. The government has allocated a budget of ₹34,035 crore for the successful implementation of this scheme. Besides solar pumps, farmers will also be provided with grid-connected solar energy and other privatized power systems through this scheme, increasing their income.
Ayushman Sahakar Scheme
Through the Ayushman Sahakar Scheme, hospitals, healthcare infrastructure, modernization, expansion, repair, and renovation will be established in the healthcare sector. Under this scheme, cooperative societies will be given a loan of ₹10,000 crore to establish healthcare facilities. This scheme will strengthen the government’s medical sector and also allow the opening of medical colleges and hospitals.
Swamitva Scheme
The main objective of the Swamitva Scheme is to provide property cards to homeowners in rural areas. Through this scheme, all homeowners in rural areas will have property documents. This scheme was launched by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi on October 11, 2020. Around 6.62 lakh villages will be covered under this scheme. The Swamitva Scheme will provide a digital record of property to all citizens in rural areas, reducing disputes. The revenue department will collect the record of village land under this scheme.
PM Modi Health ID Card
The announcement to start the PM Modi Health ID Card was made by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the 74th Independence Day. Under this scheme, the complete medical record of the patient will be recorded. This card will function like an Aadhar card. Through this card, patients will no longer need to keep physical records. The complete medical record of the patient will be stored in this health ID card. This card has been launched under the National Digital Health Mission.
Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana
Under the Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, 80 crore poor citizens of the country will be provided with 5 kg of wheat or rice for free. This announcement was made by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 30, 2020. This decision was made considering the Coronavirus lockdown. Through the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, ration was provided to the poor citizens of the country. The government extended this scheme until November 2020. Under this scheme, 80 crore poor citizens were provided with 5 kg of wheat or rice for free every month.
Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural and Urban)
Under this scheme, the central government provides financial assistance to all lower, backward, economically weaker sections and middle-class people in the country who have raw houses or do not have their own house to provide them with their own pucca house by 2022. Ayushman Bharat Yojana
